30-day returns, no questions asked
If you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing, or it's not what you wanted, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email us at help@longviewbrothers.com with your order number and what you're returning.
- We'll send return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Once we receive the item back in its original packaging and condition, we'll refund you within 5 working days.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us straight away with photos. We'll either replace it, refund you, or work directly with the manufacturer's warranty team to get it sorted — whichever is fastest for you.
Manufacturer warranties
- Franke sinks: 50 years
- Franke taps (Stainless Steel models): 5 years on finish, 5 years on mechanism
- Franke taps (other finishes): 1 year on finish, 5 years on mechanism
- Franke appliances and hoods: 2 years
- Franke waste disposers: 10 years
- Carron Phoenix sinks: manufacturer warranty (varies by range)
- Sensio LED products: manufacturer warranty
- Burford and Kew bathroom products: 1-year guarantee direct from Longview Brothers
