Delivery
Free UK delivery on everything
We deliver across mainland UK at no charge, with no minimum order. Different products go via different couriers depending on size, weight and fragility — we'll always pick the right one.
- Small accessories (wastes, plumbing kits, parts) — typically 2-3 working days via Evri or similar.
- Standard taps and smaller sinks — 2-3 working days via UPS, normally collected from us in the morning and delivered next day or the day after.
- Large or heavy items (ceramic Belfast sinks, oversized radiators, premium granite sinks) — a 2-man specialist courier, 5-7 working days, by booked timeslot.

Once your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking link. If you need it sooner or want to coordinate delivery, just email us.
Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland
We can deliver to these regions but it may take a bit longer and carry a courier surcharge for the heavier items. Email us before ordering if you're outside mainland UK and we'll give you a clear quote.
